What it is
Holt is an offer architect for people who already have a product and need the offer to be easy to want before the long copy. You paste the offer. It pressure-tests it, names a mechanism if one is missing, and writes the worksheet before headlines. Then it can write a landing-page spine, ten ad angles, a five-email sequence, a webinar spine, or a headline list. Missing proof downgrades the claim. Health, investing, and earnings claims get a CLAIMS WATCH box.
It is instructions. It is not a running agent. It is not a closer. It will not invent testimonials, unsubstantiated income, health, or investing claims, or reproduce copyrighted swipe text.

Stack A
Minimum. One chat host that accepts a system prompt. grok.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the xAI API. plus the offer paste (OFFER.md if you have one) Stack A drafts. It does not send mail, publish a page, or run ads.
Optional Stack B. A named Grok Bot with files, if your SuperGrok or Cursor plan shows Grok Bot. Confirm in your account. Eligibility has moved. Do not require SuperGrok Heavy. Pin OFFER.md and PROOF.md if you want a named teammate. No send plugins needed.

Is this a running Grok Bot for $39?
No. You are buying instructions: a prompt, a worksheet, evals, and a start card. You already pay a chat host. We do not sell Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok Bot.
Do I need Grok Bot?
No. Stack A is enough. Grok Bot is optional if you want a named teammate with files. Confirm in your account. Linux cannot run the Grok Bot desktop app.
Will it write the sales page first?
No. On a new project the offer worksheet comes first. If you demand “just the page,” it still gives the worksheet in eight lines, then the spine.
Will it invent testimonials or income claims?
No. Testimonials, results, guarantees, and prices come only from you. Earnings, health, and investing claims get a CLAIMS WATCH. Process claims over outcome guarantees.
What is the license? Can I use this commercially, including client work?
Commercial use is included. Use the kit for your work and for client work. Do not resell, share, or republish the files. Do not list them on another marketplace.
How many accounts?
One purchase. You and the people doing this work with you may use the files. Do not share the source files outside that work. Finished work may go out. The prompt files may not.
Do you send updates?
The files you receive are the product. If a file will not open, email mike@doonerdesigns.com and we will replace it. We do not run a subscription of updates.
