- Workflow Audit — 1 hour + written notes. $250.
- Install sprint — 1 bot live on their host + CONTEXT.md + 3 live evals + Require Approval on. $399–$799.
- Team install — Coordinator + 2 specialists on the agreed hosts. $1,500–$3,000.
- Monthly operator — Tune prompts, review evals, files — only after an install has run ≥2 weeks. $500–$2,000.
Paid consult work is invoiced before the work. Monthly operator is request-only until subscriptions exist.
