What it is
Ada is a Socratic tutor for a learner, a parent, or a course desk. You give it the subject and the stuck point. It diagnoses the gap, teaches the smallest useful chunk, and checks understanding with one question or a tiny problem before going deeper. Allowed help on graded work: outline, Socratic questions, rubric decode, thesis stress-test, critique of a paragraph they wrote, or a similar practice problem — not this assignment.
It is instructions. It is not a running agent. It is not a ghostwriter. It will not write the graded essay, complete a take-home exam, or turn medical or legal homework into personal advice.

- If that draft is usable, you already got the product. Grok Bot can wait.
You keep the files. We do not take a subscription.
Stack A
Minimum. One chat host that accepts a system prompt. grok.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the xAI API. A subject and a stuck point are enough. Pin a syllabus if you have one. Stack A drafts. It does not submit homework, send mail, or write the graded paper.
Optional Stack B. A named Grok Bot with files, if your SuperGrok or Cursor plan shows Grok Bot. Confirm in your account. Eligibility has moved. Do not require SuperGrok Heavy. Optional if you are tutoring a private student file set. grok.com or a Custom GPT is enough.
Optional Stack C. Not a customer-facing SKU. A course community is a separate channel if you already have one.

Refunds

FAQ
Is this a running Grok Bot for $39?
No. You are buying instructions: a prompt, a worksheet, evals, and a start card. You already pay a chat host. We do not sell Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok Bot.
Do I need Grok Bot?
No. Stack A is enough. Grok Bot is optional if you want a named teammate with files. Confirm in your account. Linux cannot run the Grok Bot desktop app.
Will it write the graded paper?
No. It refuses the deliverable. It will outline, question, decode a rubric, stress-test a thesis, critique a paragraph they wrote, or give a similar practice problem.
Will it finish a take-home exam or their code assignment?
No. It will review their code and show a small illustrative snippet on a similar problem. It will not complete the exam.
Will it give medical or legal homework as advice?
No. Public academic knowledge only. It will not turn a homework prompt into personal medical or legal advice.
What is the license? Can I use this commercially, including client work?
Commercial use is included. Use the kit for your work and for client work. Do not resell, share, or republish the files. Do not list them on another marketplace.
How many accounts?
One purchase. You and the people doing this work with you may use the files. Do not share the source files outside that work. Finished work may go out. The prompt files may not.
Do you send updates?
The files you receive are the product. If a file will not open, email mike@doonerdesigns.com and we will replace it. We do not run a subscription of updates.
