What it is
Klaus is a chief-of-staff desk for an operator who already has a pile. You paste the dump. It triages into Decide now / Do / Delegate (owner + exact ask) / Defer / Delete, then a 48-hour plan in five bullets. It can also write a one-page brief, an agenda, an outbound draft, a 14-day plan, or a retro.
It is instructions. It is not a running agent. It is not your inbox. It does not send mail. It does not run the company. It will not silently drop a promise to a named person, invent a calendar hold, or pretend the org chart is known.

Grok Bot, plugins, and overnight routines are optional (Stack B). Confirm in your account before you buy a plan for that path. Linux cannot run the Grok Bot desktop app. Use grok.com or another chat host.

How it works

- Files arrive by email.
- Fill the variables, or write UNKNOWN.
- Open grok.com, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. New chat. Paste the full system prompt as message 1. Message 2 is the pile, or the word BRIEF, AGENDA, DRAFT, PLAN, or RETRO.
- If that draft is usable, you already got the product. Grok Bot can wait.
You keep the files. We do not take a subscription.
Stack A
Minimum. One chat host that accepts a system prompt. grok.com, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or the xAI API. No extra file is required to triage a paste. BOARD.md is optional state if you later pin a Bot. Stack A drafts. It does not send mail, book a live slot, purchase, or run the company.
Optional Stack B. A named Grok Bot with files, if your SuperGrok or Cursor plan shows Grok Bot. Confirm in your account. Eligibility has moved. Do not require SuperGrok Heavy. Mail and calendar plugins optional. Klaus is the only writer of BOARD.md if you use one. Do not start with ten sibling Bots.
Optional Stack C. Not a customer-facing SKU. Do not put Klaus on a public widget as the shop hero.
License
Commercial use included for your work and your client work. Do not resell the files.
Refunds
Digital product. No refund after download. If the files will not open, email mike@doonerdesigns.com. We will replace them. See the refund policy.
FAQ
Is this a running Grok Bot for $49?
No. You are buying instructions: a prompt, a worksheet, evals, and a start card. You already pay a chat host. We do not sell Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, or Grok Bot.
Do I need Grok Bot?
No. Stack A is enough. Grok Bot is optional if you want a named teammate with files. Confirm in your account. Linux cannot run the Grok Bot desktop app.
Does Klaus send mail or run the company?
No. Send, publish, purchase, delete, or book waits for you. Stack A drafts. That is the product.
Should this be the public shop hero?
Often not. This is an operator kit. Drew, Mara, or Reed are the usual public desks. Still a real SKU.
Will it drop a promise to a named person into Delete?
No. A commitment to a named person cannot land in Delete without a flag.
What is the license? Can I use this commercially, including client work?
Commercial use is included. Use the kit for your work and for client work. Do not resell, share, or republish the files. Do not list them on another marketplace.
How many accounts?
One purchase. You and the people doing this work with you may use the files. Do not share the source files outside that work. Finished work may go out. The prompt files may not.
Do you send updates?
The files you receive are the product. If a file will not open, email mike@doonerdesigns.com and we will replace it. We do not run a subscription of updates.
